Maintenance and technical support can be provided at hourly charge ($70 per hour / minimum per request) or with a flat rate package which allows you regularly scheduled maintenance based on your needs. The turnaround time for hourly maintenance work is normally between 1 to 2 business days and all maintenance requests are to be made by email ONLY. For simple updates, normally it can be done on the same business day. For seasonal updates please allow at least one week in advance for estimate and scheduling of work. For urgent updates, extra charge may apply. Please note: I do not do any type of flash work or maintenance of flash site.

If this is your first time contacting me, a few things I will need in order to give you an estimate for the maintenance work you need done.

{} assets to be used for the update (images/text)
{} ftp to your web site
For maintenance on regular basis, all you need to do is to email me the details of your update with the assets (if needed) each time to obtain an estimate in advance. All hourly billed maintenance work/estimate needs to be approved and paid in full before the work is started.
